Job Description


What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Processing monthly payroll using ADP, including data collection, verification, and resolving employee queries.
  • Maintaining our timesheet platform (Zoho Forms) and ensuring accurate time and attendance records.
  • Supporting the HR Manager with employee records, correspondence, and system updates.
  • Managing sickness absence reporting and liaising with line managers.
  • Administering our defined contribution pension scheme and ensuring compliance with auto-enrolment.
  • Taking ownership of the Site Fitting Rota Database and ensuring pay rates are up to date.
  • Uploading and processing monthly timesheets for site and production staff.
  • Collaborating with the Operations team to resolve timesheet and rota queries.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc financial reporting and HR administration.

What We’re Looking For:


  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with people at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive, flexible, and resilient approach to work.
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable with sensitive information.
