Job Overview
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic nurse to join the Community Mental Health team in Central Area. You will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, proactive and committed to the promotion of innovation for service delivery
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessments and treatments patients including risk assessment, care and treatment plans, specific health interventions using evidence-based treatments and health promotion. They will use effective communication to keep patients involved in treatment and service contact, and to be responsible for service development and improvement.
