- Accountable for the management and implementation of the f’real brand and communications strategy across the UK & EU and building the go to market strategy to build brand profile, cup velocity and future country launches.
Accountabilities
- Understanding and ensuring compliance to the global brand strategy
- Managing all aspects of the brand across UK/EU
- Creating and implementing an UK/EU brand strategy and plan
- Creating and implementing an UK/EU communications strategy and plan
- Creation and implementation of cup velocity programmes to drive maximum cup sales
- Being the overall owner of the insight and data from the blenders that takes insight to action to drive performance
- Working with the WHQ to create a predictive system to assess store success
- All sales and marketing materials
- Management of the marketing budget
- Building an external event program to drive brand identity and relvance
- Commissioning all research research
- Creating an EU brand and communications strategy and plan
- Full implementation of the UK/EU marketing plans including PR and brand
- Creating and implementing launch plans for strategic customers
- Seek out new marketing opportunities
- Creating and completing market research projects to support EPD & NPD
- Management of new product launches – promotions, social, instore activation, POS
- Consumer events plan and implementation
- Management of agencies – graphics, PR and social + international
- Social media plan
- Cup velocity programmes
- Competitor analysis
- Machine screen marketing programmes
- Help to create a consumer/customer-centric culture
- Any other activities the business requires
Critical
- Suitable degree qualification
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial marketing within FMCG
- Experience of managing brand activity through the line
- Strong understanding strategy development and implmentation
- Marketing technology, marketing analytics and dash boarding
- Understanding of capital intensive go to market models
