About the Role

The role of the Warehouse and Logistics Manager is fundamental to ensuring inventory accuracy, cost control, operational efficiency, and service excellence across our logistics and stock management operations from receipt to dispatch, including storage, picking, packing, and logistics coordination.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily warehouse operations including inventory control and logistics.
• Ensuring inventory accuracy and coordinate order fulfilment.
• Training and managing warehouse staff to meet operational goals.
• Developing and maintaining warehouse systems, procedures, and equipment utilisation.
• Maintaining a safe and compliant work environment in line with H&S standards.
• Managing documentation and systems for goods in/out, including PODs, credits and invoicing.
• Liaising with internal departments: Procurement, Finance, Operations, Marketing.
• Updating budgets and provide finance reports as necessary.
• Forecasting and preparing equipment based on project timelines.
• Ensuring the right quantities of telecoms kit are delivered on time to build partners.
• Avoiding install delays due to stock shortages or miscommunication.
• Taking ownership of equipment returned from decommissioned sites, ensuring it is properly logged, cleaned, tested, and returned to usable inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (BSc or HND preferred).

Experience and Knowledge

• Over 3 years' experience in warehouse management (Goods-In & Goods-Out).
• Knowledge of FWA and FTTP equipment.
• Proficient in warehouse procedures, stock management systems and telecoms equipment
