What You'll Do
- Lead design delivery across all project stages for a high-performance data centre
- Translate client needs into coordinated, buildable and compliant design solutions
- Manage external design partners, challenge assumptions, and drive value engineering
- Chair design reviews and lead the change control process with confidence
- Support construction with technical assurance and resolution of design queries
- Embed safety, sustainability and digital integration into every decision
- 10+ years' experience in design or technical management on complex projects
- A degree in Architecture (chartered status desirable)
- Strong working knowledge of multidisciplinary design processes, risk management and compliance
- The ability to influence, coordinate and communicate at a senior level
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for driving high-performance outcomes
