Reports to – Head of Guest Experience
Hours – Casual hours across 7 days a week including evenings and weekends.
Salary – £13.37 per hour
We’re looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Casual Duty Manager at the historic Tyne Theatre & Opera House.
As the most senior member of staff on shift, you’ll take the lead in delivering a first-class experience for every visitor. You’ll manage a full team of Guest Experience staff, including stewards, hospitality, merchandise and ticketing teams. On show nights, the team will look to you for direction, support and inspiration.
