This role is based in London.
In this role you'll get to
- Take ownership of our growth in the UK.
- Have significant autonomy in your work. You will shape our UK BD strategy and execution.
- Develop long term, trusted relations with end users to understand how we can best support them.
- Form partnerships that can help us win hugely ambitious opportunities.
- Feedback to our product and engineering team on how we can develop our roadmap for critical potential customers.
- Write bids.
- 5 years + experience closing complex, technical deals in defence, autonomy, or dual-use AI
- Exceptional storytelling and proposal writing for technical and executive audiences
- Technical experience is not required, but you must be able to understand our products in depth.
- You do not need a security clearance to apply, but you must be eligible for one after you join.
- Hands-on understanding of the British defence procurement process.
- National security background.
- Experience scaling BD teams or go-to-market playbooks in a high growth startup
