Outdoor Learning Provision Facilitator

We require an enthusiastic Outdoor Learning Provision Facilitator to plan and deliver appropriate learning activities for assigned students, in relation to their academic and personal development needs. The successful candidate will lead on planning work for students with SEND, Safeguarding, Behaviour, or Attendance needs through outdoor learning.

We are looking for someone who has good listening skills, experience working with children/young people with additional needs, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, parents, and members of the local community.

Working Hours:

The appointment is for 32.5 hours per week. 8.25am - 3.25pm Monday to Friday,

Term-Time plus 1 week of additional hours.

Salary:

Salary will be paid at NJC SCP Grade 8 Point 19 to 24

With an equivalent salary of £23,373 - £25,816 per annum, starting at Point 19
