The Role:

• Job title: Marketing and Design Executive.
• Hours: between 30 and 37.5 hours per week, over 5 days.
• Salary: £30,000 p.a. to £32,000 p.a. FTE DOE.
• Location: Portsmouth. You will be working hybrid between our friendly and welcoming Portsmouth office and working from home.

As our Marketing and Design Executive, you’ll play a vital role in bringing our brand to life across a variety of channels. You will be responsible for creating compelling, on-brand content that resonates with different audiences and clearly reflects who we are. You will design effective visual assets for our social media platforms, internal employee networks, and external client-facing communications.

You’ll take ownership of producing a range of content, including high-quality graphics, videos, and presentations that support both day-to-day marketing activities and larger campaigns.

In addition to content creation, you will help maintain and organise our growing library of brand assets, photos, and video footage, ensuring everything is easily accessible. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across different departments to understand their communication needs and translate them into effective design solutions.

You will report into the Marketing Director.
