Roles & Responsibilities: About Us: The Games Department offers a wide range of activities for guests of all ages. We are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all our visitors. Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team of Activity Assistants. As an Activities Assistant, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of some of our activities including Bouncy Castles, Bungee Trampolines or Face Painting ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate activities according to our safety protocols and procedures.
• Assist guests, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Conduct safety checks and inspections of activities before and during operation.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering guest questions and addressing any concerns.
• Respond promptly to any issues or emergencies, following proper procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
