About The Role
This role is a crucial bridge between our key retail partners and our internal operations, blending account management, operational coordination, and customer success. You'll work closely with prominent European retailers, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the business's commercial and operational objectives.
We're seeking a commercially astute professional to oversee the operational needs of our UK and Spanish retail accounts, with a focus on specific key markets. You'll be instrumental in guaranteeing seamless order processing and delivery, all while delivering exceptional client service that reflects our brand values.

About The Role
This role is a crucial bridge between our key retail partners and our internal operations, blending account management, operational coordination, and customer success. We're seeking a commercially astute professional to oversee the operational needs of our UK and Spanish retail accounts, with a focus on specific key markets. You'll be instrumental in guaranteeing seamless order processing and delivery, all while delivering exceptional client service that reflects our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of UK and Spanish retail accounts, driving client satisfaction through proactive relationship management and support.
- Manage the entire order lifecycle within our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, from initial order entry to final delivery, ensuring precise inventory management and timely fulfillment via our third-party logistics partners.
- Manage financial documentation related to shipments and coordinate closely with various internal departments, including sales, merchandising, and marketing, to ensure operational synergy and foster growth.
- Organize and lead regular business review meetings with key accounts to identify avenues for expansion, enhance service levels, and offer bespoke support.
- Contribute to broader business development initiatives by providing valuable client feedback and identifying potential cross-selling opportunities.
- Fluent Spanish speaking skills - MUST
- Demonstrated experience in client service, account management, logistics, or sales, preferably within the retail or consumer goods sector.
- Excellent organizational capabilities, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work autonomously.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and strong proficiency in standard office software, especially spreadsheet applications.
- A clear aptitude for understanding and optimizing operational processes and workflows.
