Senior Graphic Designer

The role:

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our design team reporting into the Creative Marketing Manager, if you're a creative and ambitious individual we would love to hear from you!

Please note this role will require you to work in our Bolton HQ BL3 at least 1 day per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all design projects, from conception to delivery and producing high-quality briefs for the design team
• Leading the design and production of assets across various social media channels and websites for brands within the K3 Capital group of companies
• Creating promotional material for various aspects of the business, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements, interpreting and developing briefs into design solutions that set us apart from our competitors
• Manage the workload of the design team and conduct regular department meetings to assess requirements, workloads, deadlines, etc.
• Reviewing and signing off on the work being delivered by the department to a professional standard
• Working underneath the Creative Marketing Manager and liaising with colleagues across the Group to ensure consistent branding across all channels is displayed to clients and stakeholders
• Leading in the development of both new and existing brands across the Group
• Delivering high-quality web designs as we look to develop several websites across our Group
• Staying up to date with industry developments/tools and finding ways to improve efficiencies and processes across the department
  
  
  

Desired skills and qualifications:

• A minimum of two years’ experience within a senior/mid-weight graphic design role
• Excellent knowledge across the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of programs (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator are particularly essential)
• A passion and a flair for creative design with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work to a high level both independently and in collaboration with colleagues across various departments and brands
• Being able to work to and distribute realistic deadlines and collaborating with a team is essential, often across multiple projects at any one time
• Experience of working with web design platforms such as Adobe XD and Figma, in addition to working within the professional services industry, would be advantageous but not essential
