Role Summary
This is a senior leadership role with both strategic and operational accountability. As Head of UK Operations, you will shape and lead the ops function across a growing national Build to Rent platform, ensuring alignment between business goals, compliance requirements, and a progressive employee experience.
You will oversee the end-to-end operations of our BTR portfolio, including asset mobilisation, property management, resident services, leasing performance, compliance, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be an experienced operator with a proven ability to lead multi-site operations, develop scalable systems and processes, and deliver exceptional customer and investor outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
You'll act as a key partner to the Executive team, embedding structure, clarity, and performance culture across both frontline and corporate environments. This is a unique opportunity to influence culture at scale, while retaining the agility and dynamism of a growth-phase business.
This role requires an individual with the seniority and oversight to ensure that all operational practices are robust, future-proofed, and fully compliant across all regions of operation.
