Package Engineer

We’re Hiring: Package Engineer | Aberdeen | Global Project Delivery

Following continued project wins across our new build, FlexLay, Winch & Lifting Solutions, and turnkey scopes, MDL is expanding our delivery team.

We’re looking for an experienced Package Engineer to take ownership of subcontracted equipment packages — from RFQ to FAT and final handover. You’ll work closely with our Project Managers and Quality team to ensure suppliers deliver on time, in scope, and to the highest technical standards.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in equipment/package delivery (subsea/offshore preferred)
• Strong supplier engagement and coordination skills
• Comfortable owning scope, schedule, and quality for complex packages
