We’re now recruiting for a D ocument Integrity Consultant to join us in Leyland . In this role you’ll be responsible for issuing all travel documents , ensuring they are of a high quality and include all the information needed by our customers.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7, between 9am and 9pm

We’re now recruiting for a D ocument Integrity Consultant to join us in Leyland . In this role you’ll be responsible for issuing all travel documents , ensuring they are of a high quality and include all the information needed by our customers.

Job Accountabilities
- Issue all booking documents and collate all supplier documents
- Escalate issues and incorrect information to the Document Integrity Coordinator and work with them to identify the root cause, fix the issue and prevent reoccurrence
- Ensure documents are sent out to customers within SLAs
- Reconfirm all travel arrangements for our high-profile accounts
- Support the Document Integrity Coordinator to raise concerns regarding supplier documents to the wider business and improve ways of working
- Work as part of a team, maintaining strong relationships and supporting new colleagues with their training
- Demonstrate dnata Travel Group’s values

- Knowledge and experience of the fulfilment process
- IT literate (knowledge of travel systems is desirable)
