Shift Engineer – 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights)

Location: Denbighshire, North East Wales

42 hours per week | 12-hour rotating shifts

Competitive hourly rate + overtime | Paid monthly

Are you ready to step into a role that keeps you challenged and constantly learning? We’re looking for a Shift Engineer to join our engineering team on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, rotating between days and nights.

What you’ll be doing:

• Carrying out planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance to keep production running smoothly.
• Investigating and fixing breakdowns quickly to reduce downtime.
• Playing a key part in continuous improvement through root cause analysis.
• Ensuring safety remains the #1 priority in all tasks.
• Helping us deliver our sustainability goals and reduce energy usage.
• Supporting and guiding new team members.

What we’re looking for:

• A relevant engineering apprenticeship or qualification.
• Experience with CMMS systems and hands-on maintenance across manufacturing equipment.
• Awareness of health and safety standards (HACCP, Legionella, NEBOSH desirable).
• A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
