Digital PR and Outreach Executive

We're hiring: Digital PR & Outreach Executive (FTC) | Chester (Hybrid) | Up to £24K

Join Forge Holiday Group, the team behind Sykes Holiday Cottages, Forest Holidays, UKcaravans4hire, and Bachcare (NZ).

We’re looking for a Digital PR & Outreach Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract to help grow our backlink profile and brand visibility across our portfolio of travel brands. This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, SEO, and building relationships, within a flexible hybrid setup (minimum 2 days a week in our Chester HQ).

What you’ll do:

Execute backlink and sponsorship outreach campaigns under the guidance of the SEO Manager

Manage existing partnerships with publishers and brand collaborators

Research and build new relationships to support link acquisition

Use tools like Buzzstream to manage outreach and communications

Send outreach emails using pre-approved templates

Track outreach performance and maintain accurate activity records

Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and campaign goals

Learn and grow your SEO knowledge through hands-on work and training

What you bring:

Strong written communication and attention to detail

Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple outreach threads

A willingness to learn and develop in digital marketing

Some awareness of SEO or digital PR and its value (training provided)

Comfortable working with spreadsheets and email outreach tools

Nice to have:

Experience with Buzzstream or similar outreach platforms

Previous exposure to SEO, content marketing, or digital PR

An interest in the travel, tourism, or eCommerce sectors
