NHS GRAMPIAN
Domestic & Support Services Manager
Band 7 (£48,788 - £56,747) per annum pro rata
We are currently seeking to engage an enthusiastic individual with experience of staff management, excellent organisational, communication and change management skills and confidence in presenting to groups.
Previous Experience In Domestic Services Is Essential.
Working in a challenging and changing environment across a wide geographical area, you will be leading a team working in multiple sites whilst ensuring consistency in service provision, and experience in improvement work would be desirable.
The post holder will work with autonomy, and having the ability to provide accurate reporting trends and key areas for improvement with a solution focused attitude would be advantageous.
A proven track record of effective communication during a change in practice will be evident for the successful candidate, along with strong staff management skills.
