Head of Finance

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Finance to lead our Finance Team and play a key role in shaping the financial future of our organisation. As a vital member of the Leadership Team, you will ensure the delivery of a proactive, compliant, and high-performing finance service that supports our business objectives and drives long-term financial sustainability.

In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and execution of robust financial strategies, overseeing all aspects of business planning, financial control, reporting, treasury management, and regulatory compliance. You’ll provide expert financial insight and analysis to inform major projects, new business initiatives, and investment decisions, while ensuring alignment with our organisational goals and maintaining our G1 status.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a qualified accountant with significant post-qualification experience, bringing a deep understanding of financial strategy, treasury management, and financial control frameworks.
