Our company English Speaking Board (International) Ltd. is currently looking to recruit a temporary Customer Experience Officer.


We are looking for a Temporary Customer Experience Officer who can seamlessly integrate into ESB’s dynamic Customer Experience Team.


The successful candidate will bring a range of business skills to the role and will be adept at following precise operational processes to achieve the best results for our customers. An essential criterion is having an excellent understanding of IT systems, in particular a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Ideally, you will have experience of identifying improvements to systems and processes. We are seeking a ‘can do’ person with a willingness to continuously develop in the role to improve their expertise and knowledge.


You will be expected to become confident in using bespoke systems for administering assessments. You should have the ability to work to deadlines within a demanding customer-focused environment. Most importantly, we are looking for an individual who will care as much about our learners achieving their potential, as we do.


The post is offered as a temporary post. It is based at ESB’s offices in Hattersley Court, Burscough Road, Ormskirk and depending on experience, offers an attractive salary of £19,000-£23,000 pro-rata per annum. The role is offered on a part-time basis of 4 days a week, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
