Are you passionate about customs compliance and quality management? Do you enjoy leading international teams and driving strategic initiatives in a global organisation? We’re looking for a dedicated Quality & Compliance Director to take ownership of our customs compliance policies and ensure we meet all international regulations with excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and roll out a comprehensive customs compliance strategy that spans the entire organisation.
  • Ensure full compliance with international customs laws and manage risks to protect our business.
  • Lead and inspire a talented team of compliance specialists across multiple regions.
  • Coordinate and oversee audits and inspections, turning insights into continuous improvements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership including Finance, Sales, IT, and Operations.
  • Design and deliver engaging training and awareness programs to boost customs compliance knowledge company-wide.
  • Represent us in communications with customs authorities and industry groups, staying ahead of regulatory changes.
  • Report directly to the CFO with clear, actionable insights on compliance risks and performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Auditing, or similar.
  • At least 5 years’ experience leading customs or compliance teams in an international environment.
  • Deep understanding of customs processes, international regulations, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent communicator who can influence at all organisational levels.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

What we offer?

  • A challenging position for 40 hours per week;
  • A salary between €7.000,00 - €11.000,- gross per month, in line with your experience and level;
  • A one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment;
