Role: Agile Project Manager
Skills: IT Project Management, Agile(SAFe), Financial Services Domain experience
Location: Burgess Hill, UK
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and manage Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) across multiple agile teams.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies.
- Define and maintain milestones and release plans.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and Leadership to ensure alignment and progress.
- Communicate delivery status and key decisions to leadership, including sign-off coordination.
- Drive and steer technical program discussions related to architecture and system design.
- Co-develop and document technical solutions, ensuring alignment with requirements and best practices.
- Maintain and evolve technical and regulatory documentation for ongoing development and compliance.
- Track and document technical debt and health features in JIRA on a rotating basis.
- Finalize sprint commitments and plans from a technical perspective.
- Ensure PI Readiness by validating features against readiness criteria.
- Experience in Financial Services domain
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Proven experience managing Agile teams and ceremonies.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and delivery methodologies.
- Technical background or strong technical acumen to support planning and execution.
- Experience with JIRA and Agile planning tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and translate them into actionable plans.
- Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture and system design principles.
- Background in software development or engineering is a plus.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience in Financial Services domain and specifically on Credit Card domain
- Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills
- A high degree of initiative and flexibility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
