THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you a highly organised and creative designer with a passion for beautifully executed digital content and brand storytelling?
We’re looking for a Junior Digital Designer to join our dynamic and fast-paced design team. In this role, you’ll support the creation of polished digital assets and presentation artwork that bring our brand to life across web, email and social platforms. From clear, considered typography to seasonal campaign graphics, you’ll play a key part in delivering consistently high-quality visuals that reflect our signature style.
With a sharp eye for detail, strong technical skills and a collaborative mindset, you'll be involved in projects from concept through to final delivery- ensuring every asset is both brand-aligned and beautifully executed.
You will be based at our stunning Head Office in Banbury with the freedom to work from home two days a week on average, this may flex up or down dependant on business needs. Due to the nature of this position, you may be required to work on location where required.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
- Providing consistent meticulous graphic illustration and presentation artwork to the design team
- Creating clear typography graphics and messages for use online, as part of our brand development
- Creating key seasonal and branding graphics for use on the web, email and social Maintaining comprehensible digital asset library of graphic artwork
- Following seasonal department calendars and be accountable for delivering to critical path
- Demonstrating a good understanding of artwork and digital production specifications
- Taking projects from concept to completion
- Assisting the wider graphic design team when needed, e.g. creating product and lifestyle imagery for use in brochures, web campaigns and social media
- Ensuring work is delivered on time and to specification
- Helping to create templates from developing guidelines
- Supporting the maintenance of the department’s asset filing
- Actioning amends across a suite of assets in a timely manner
- Any other ad hoc duties as reasonably requested by the Company
THE TALENT YOU'LL BRING
- Passion for digital design & creative approach to jewellery and fashion graphics
- • Graphics software skills (Adobe Photoshop, After Effects and Illustrator)
- • Technical digital capability (Editing videos)
- • Understanding and knowledge of accessories, product & trends
- • Experience with digital graphics layouts
- • Strong brand awareness
- • An in-depth understanding of digital communications and customer behaviour
- • Strong portfolio clearly demonstrating an ability to approach different projects from the
- brand’s perspective keeping within their core values and design.
- • Well organised, self motivated and keen
- • Portrays professionalism, positivity and have a collaborative demeanour with great
- communicational skills
- • Driven designer with a flexible and versatile approach
- • Enjoys working in a dynamic environment
- • Conceptual thinker with strong design deliverability
- • Ability to juggle multiple projects within tight deadlines
- • Relatable degree in Graphic/Digital Design

- A salary of £25,500 per annum
