Raw Material Administrator
Location: Tram Inn Mill, Herefordshire
Hours: Wednesday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 (24 hours/week)
Salary: £26,000 per annum (pro rata)

Located in the heart of Herefordshire, Tram Inn Mill is one of our busiest and most important feed mills. With a team of around 36 dedicated colleagues, we produce over 8,000 tonnes of feed every week. Tram Inn also serves as a hub for collaboration, hosting training and meetings for teams across our agriculture network.
About The Role

As a Raw Material Administrator, you’ll support the Raw Materials Manager and help ensure smooth communication and coordination across suppliers, hauliers, and internal departments. You’ll play a key role in maintaining an efficient and compliant feed mill operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily enquiries into the feed mill via phone or email
- Liaise with suppliers and hauliers to coordinate raw material deliveries
- Input orders and data into internal systems accurately
- Investigate and resolve invoice queries
- Perform general administrative tasks across the department
- Work closely with other internal teams, including the Mill
- Provide support and cover for the Raw Materials Manager when needed
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work independently
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
