• Track record of effective delivery of projects resulting in real-world saleable products – ideally relating to physical manufactured products including software/ electronics/ mechanical aspects.
• The ability to understand complex aspects of projects and project drivers to influence clear decision making and communication to different parties.
• Autonomous risk identifier and problem solver.
• Proven ability to take the complex, understand the key aspects and convey in a simplified manner based on an understanding of expectations of different audiences in different forums.
• Analytical skills – understanding what is important, gathering appropriate data and metrics and analysing in a meaningful way.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, adapting to individuals in terms of communication style, understanding personal motivations, strengths and weaknesses and effective coaching and development techniques.
• Achieving business goals through empowerment, motivation and alignment of team and individual strengths.
• Able to see the bigger picture, understand practical opportunities for improving effectiveness in all aspects of product introduction work.
