- To lead on education and training, promoting and ensuring continuous learning, sustained best practice and service innovation.

- Nursing Degree or evidence of working at level 3
- Teaching qualification e.g. ENB 998 or City and Guilds 730
- Experience of mentoring/supporting students and trainees
- Research Qualification
