Protecnium is an international consulting firm specializing in engineering and technician services (www.protecnium.com/en). We are currently looking for a Survey Coordinator to join our team for a High-Speed Project in Birmingham, UK.
Estimated duration of the position: 10-month contract, collaborating with the client. Once the project ends, we aim to place the employee in other projects to ensure continuity.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

About The Role
You'll be responsible for coordinating surveying operations, ensuring technical compliance, and managing key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage on-site surveying works, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and H&S regulations.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including third-party building representatives and project teams.
- Conduct site inspections and support accurate data reporting and quality assurance.
- Facilitate communication across multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid working environment.
- 10+ years of experience in surveying or infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years in the UK.
- Proven experience in urban infrastructure projects (mandatory); rail/ high-speed construction projects experience is a strong plus.
- Degree in Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
- Fluent in English (C1 level minimum).
- Valid CSCS card is required.
- SMSTS certification is highly valued.
- Familiarity with construction/surveying software is an advantage.
- Travel costs covered at project start and end.
- Two weeks of accommodation provided at the beginning of the assignment.
- Option to be based in London (corporate offices) with occasional travel to site in Birmingham – all travel costs covered. Alternatively, you may be based full-time in Birmingham.
- 22 working days of vacation per year, plus 8 bank holidays.
