We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Support Advisor to join our team and help make banking easier for our customers. In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice that supports customers with their banking needs, whether that’s navigating the app or helping with more complex issues. With the support of a great team and ongoing training, you’ll grow your skills and have the chance to advance your career through our Skill Progression Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by helping customers navigate our banking app and assisting with their banking needs.
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and find solutions to resolve any issues.
- Maintain a strong emphasis on delivering outstanding service and ensuring customers have a positive experience.
- Take part in ongoing training and development to master new skills and progress through our career framework.
- Assist customers with complex queries as you advance through the Skill Progression Framework, which is designed to help you grow and increase your pay.
What We Need from You:
- A genuine passion for helping people and delivering excellent customer service.
- A willingness to learn, with no prior banking experience necessary as full training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to handle customer queries in a calm and professional manner.
Shift Pattern:
- 4-Day Week (Start times between 8 am and 10 am, and end times between 5:45 pm and 7:45 pm).
- Maximum of 4 days per week, based on a Monday-Sunday week.
- Maximum of 50% weekend shifts over a 4-week period.
