This is a brilliant opportunity to join a global fintech business in a role where your work directly supports investors, clients, and advisers — and where every day brings something new to learn Whether you're early in your career or already working in financial services, you'll benefit from comprehensive training and clear progression paths What you’ll be doing: As an Investment Servicing Officer, you'll play a key role in managing critical back-office processes for our clients. You’ll be responsible for accurately recording, reconciling, and processing financial transactions that help people manage their investments with confidence Your responsibilities will include:

• Posting financial transactions across client accounts with accuracy
• Processing transfer requests in and out
• Performing daily cash reconciliations
• Investigating and resolving any reconciliation breaks or transaction queries
• Supporting internal and external audits and compliance reporting
• Collaborating with colleagues across operations to ensure service levels are met
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce risk

You’ll be part of a friendly, high-performing team that values collaboration, ownership and quality. You'll also have the chance to rotate across functions like settlements, reconciliations, corporate actions and transfers — helping you build broad financial services expertise What we’re looking for: We’re open to candidates from a range of backgrounds. If you’re numerate, organised and ready to learn, we can teach you the rest We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• A finance, business or numerate degree (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Confidence working with spreadsheets and data (especially Excel)
• A methodical and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in financial operations, reconciliations or client servicing (desirable, not essential)
• An understanding of FCA regulations or financial compliance (a plus)
