The Desktop Support Technician II will have the primary responsibility to support the Desktop Environment of Nissha Medical Technologies across multiple sites including North America and Europe. In the desktop support technician role, you are expected to provide routine guidance for users of IT systems and components. You will maintain a deep understanding of IT concepts and stay updated with the latest tech trends. Success in this role will be demonstrated by the quick resolution of user submitted requests, avoiding downtime, and enhancing IT operations.

- Accurately diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Effectively escalate issues to the appropriate resources when necessary.
- Clearly and thoroughly document requests for assistance in our ticket management system, and track incidents through to resolution/escalation.
- Ability to prioritize work and exercise good judgement while managing multiple tasks.
- Effectively communicate internally with other members of the IT team and with end users.
- Self-motivated and attentive to detail
- Associate degree or higher computer related degree and /or A+ or similar certification
- Requires Three or more years of relevant experience as Desktop Support or related IT Support position.
- Experience with Office 365 Software, Windows 10 & 11 Operating systems.
- Troubleshooting skills with wireless and wired networks.
- Network printing installation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with VPN’s and remote computing.
- PC Hardware Troubleshooting skills (Dell Experience a Plus).
- Knowledge of PC Imaging and Software Installation (Dell Assist a Plus).
