Here's the exciting bit…a day includes
We are seeking a highly motivated Campaign Manager to join our newly formed Retail Media team. We are going through a very exciting period of growth and therefore require a highly motivated, organised, and personable individual to manage the execution and optmisation of our clients Retail Media Campaigns.
You will report into the Senior Campaign Manager and will be the second hire on the team. The team is expected to grow quickly in its first year of operation. Together with the Senior Campaign Manager you will start to build out a best-in-class Retail Media experience for one of the UK’s largest Health & Beauty brands.
This is a unique opportunity to work with some of the world’s most recognisable Health & Beauty brands within the football space, joining a fun and dynamic team who play a critical role in the growth of the company.
This role will give you a platform to develop both your own and the digital marketing team’s reputation internally, and globally within AS Watson Group, given the importance of eCommerce in the business.
Given this is a new role in a new team you will be on a steep learning curve as well all learn together. This is also an excellent opportunity for the right person to impose their own footprint on the role and build towards a successful Retail Media Agency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sponsored products and display (on-site and off-site) advertising campaigns on behalf of leading Health & Beuaty brands
Interface with Brand, In-House Media or External Media Agency teams
Setup campaigns in the platform, interfacing with internal AdOps teams where required.
Monitor and optimise campaigns while they are running, ensuring advertisers meet their campaign objectives, maximise performance and re-invest.
Provide post-campaign reporting.
Solving any client issue/bug on campaign: troubleshooting issues and liaising and working closely with Business Intelligence and Technical Solutions team to go deeper
Performing admin tasks such as creating IOs and tickets
Delivering PCA’s with clients demonstrating deep understanding of campaign performance and how best to optimise going forward
Provide world-class customer service to drive revenue with new and existing customers
Maintain extensive product knowledge through internal relationships across product and client service teams
Internally escalating any issues and concerns raised by clients.
Work closely with our technology provide, Criteo
Understanding what our key competitors are doing in the digital space and developing plans to ensure we remain competitive.
Here's What You'll Need
Ideal candidates would have Retail Media experience but this is not essential. It is essential to have managed campaigns at a a high performing agency, platform or in-house team.
Knowledge of the Retail media landscape preferred
Knowledge of digital media landscape and language
Experience in a similar role
Entrepreneurial with the ability to influencing key stakeholders to drive success.
Experience in budget management and turning around campaigns within a fast-paced environment.
