About THE ROLE

The Wholesale VP will lead the Wholesale business for Hub North and will have overall accountability for identifying, developing and implementing strategies for the profitable growth for all PVH brands. Reporting to the Managing Director of Hub North they will be a key player in the Hub North leadership team will be responsible for sponsoring and driving wider value adding initiatives across the business.

Responsibilities Include

  • The VP will deliver world-class wholesale-channel sales solutions, and define and execute the sales department go-to-market strategies that align with product launch efforts to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for top line growth and market share gain based on a deep understanding of the consumer.
  • Create and maximize brand specific growth strategies and channel sales that align the brand with the consumer.
  • Drive the achievement of creative goals and strategic solutions to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Analyse retail and competitive performance to develop focused action plans by channel; identify changing business trends to maintain highest level of competitive advantage.
  • Continuously develop knowledge regarding trends, innovation in the creative field, customer experiences and technology.
  • Collaborate with Planning, Merchandising, Design, Marketing, Finance and Retail Development to ensure that all strategies are maximized in order to deliver sales, profit and margin goals.
  • Maintain top levels of awareness on Industry trends and evolutions in the wholesale and retail sales landscapes.
  • Manage financial budgets across all areas of responsibility.
  • Instill a team culture that upholds PVH values and vision and actively foster a positive working environment for the team.
  • Lead and drive training and development of sales team, including delivering on guidance and clear direction, problem solving and people management.
  • Ensure the team structure is aligned and prepared for the business growth whilst also having succession plans in place.

About YOU

  • You’ll have significant experience in wholesale/ retail sales delivering strategic direction
  • You’ll have experience in successfully leading teams.
  • You’ll have prior experience leading sales in a high growth organization and experience working with C-Level executives to drive innovation and change.
  • You’ll have strong relationships with your peers, globally and locally.
  • You have the ability to lead, inspire, partner, and drive change in a complex matrixed and ever-changing environment.
  • You’ll have the highest level of data and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • You must be a strategic thinker and creative problem solver, with an ability to create outstanding work across an expansive and diverse environment.
  • You’ll have impressive influencing and negotiation skills with a strong network across the industry.
