Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike
- Manage end-to-end candidate communications, keeping applicants informed and engaged throughout the recruitment journey
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist in crafting compelling job descriptions and posting roles across job boards, careers sites, and social media channels
- Contribute to sourcing efforts by identifying and engaging potential candidates through various channels
- Partner with the wider HR team to improve recruitment processes and enhance overall efficiency
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align on recruitment strategies
- Prior experience in recruitment coordination is essential
- Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the business
- Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a sharp eye for detail
- A self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies
