Description

As a Customer Service Assistant you will be supporting a team of Case Workers this will involve a variety of responsibilities and will provide first class client support over the telephone, email and letter.

You will be handling a range of client queries providing excellent support and guidance and will chase up documents and details required for the file.

The role will be corresponding with other third parties over the phone working closely with banks ensuring a smooth and quick process.

You will be processing documents and updating cases alongside drafting legal documents.

Profile

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of sectors

Excellent communication verbal and written

Customer centric and passionate to help and support clients

Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

Resilient and a good problem solver

An excellent team player
