An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic, fast-paced organisation on an interim basis. This is a hands-on role requiring a strategic thinker who is also happy to roll up their sleeves and build the HR function from the ground up.

The client is a leading distribution business
Description
Set up and implement all core HR policies, procedures, and processes
Advise and support managers with complex employee relations cases
Lead on performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning
Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation across all HR activities
Partner with leadership to drive engagement and support organisational goals
Provide HR support across multiple sites, building strong relationships with operational teams
Profile
Proven experience in a similar HRBP or HR Manager role, ideally within logistics, FMCG, distribution or manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice HR principles
Comfortable working in a greenfield HR environment and setting things up from scratch
Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site setting
Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
Job Offer
- Competitive day rate c. £300-£350 via Umbrella company
- 3-6 months initially
- Potential to turn into permanent
- Working hours between 9am-6pm
