- Part time, 22 hours per week – options to be flexible about times/days worked.
- Grade 13, £14,973 - £16,214 per annum for 22 hours per week.
- 25 days annual leave excluding bank holidays.
- Flexibility to work remotely.
- Working with HRA Rent Recovery Team.
We’re working to improve the lives of people in Somerset – and you’ll be a key part of that. Your day-to-day work will involve:
- Managing former tenants rent accounts, including arrears recovery and issuing refunds.
- Communicating with former tenants and/or family members or other agencies to balance rent accounts.
- Managing accounts using Open Housing Management System.

- Have a good understanding of customer service and can demonstrate experience in this area.
- Have excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
- Have experience in social housing and/or rent recovery.
