• Part time, 22 hours per week – options to be flexible about times/days worked.
• Grade 13, £14,973 - £16,214 per annum for 22 hours per week.
• 25 days annual leave excluding bank holidays.
• Flexibility to work remotely.
• Working with HRA Rent Recovery Team.
  
  

What will I be doing?

We’re working to improve the lives of people in Somerset – and you’ll be a key part of that. Your day-to-day work will involve:

• Managing former tenants rent accounts, including arrears recovery and issuing refunds.
• Communicating with former tenants and/or family members or other agencies to balance rent accounts.
• Managing accounts using Open Housing Management System.
  
  

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

We offer ongoing support, training and guidance to help you be the best you can be. But it will really help if you:

• Have a good understanding of customer service and can demonstrate experience in this area.
• Have excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
• Have experience in social housing and/or rent recovery.
