Role Summary

Our exciting scale-up, tech investment business are looking for a highly strategic and technically skilled CRM Manager to lead the development, optimisation, and day-to-day management of their CRM platform (HubSpot). You will own the platform architecture, integrations, data strategy, and user adoption across departments, ensuring it directly contributes to the company’s revenue growth. This is a senior role that requires both leadership and hands-on CRM expertise, working at the intersection of data, marketing, and commercial performance.


Key Responsibilities


CRM System Leadership & Optimisation

  • Manage the configuration, performance, and evolution of the CRM platform
  • Ensure system alignment with broader business and departmental goals
  • Customise fields, workflows, and page layouts to reflect ongoing business needs
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for enhancements and integrations

Data Integrity & Insight Generation

  • Oversee data accuracy, regular cleansing, deduplication, and audits
  • Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and KPIs for commercial and leadership teams
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and data protection best practice
  • Analyse CRM data to produce actionable commercial and operational insights

HubSpot Administration & Reporting

  • Manage the full lifecycle of the HubSpot CRM instance
  • Support the creation of reports, dashboards, and custom metrics
  • Monitor HubSpot performance, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements
  • Report on performance trends and CRM health to leadership

User Enablement & Training

  • Drive user adoption through training, onboarding, and ongoing support
  • Create support documentation and run internal training sessions
  • Act as internal CRM evangelist, championing platform usage and innovation
  • Stay up to date with HubSpot developments and recommend improvements

Commercial CRM Strategy

  • Work with the Director of Growth Marketing to align CRM to revenue targets
  • Build automated nurture flows and reactivation journeys to increase lead conversion and customer lifetime value
  • Develop and test segmented marketing funnels for clients, partners, and institutional channels
  • Implement testing frameworks (e.g., A/B testing) to drive commercial performance
  • Optimise campaigns, automation, and customer journeys to generate scalable fee income

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with commercial, affiliate, and marketing teams on high-impact campaigns
  • Shape CRM logic and segmentation for key client types (elite clients, partners, institutional investors, etc.)
  • Prioritise projects with measurable commercial impact and strategic value

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience administering and optimising CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong technical understanding of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Excellent data management, analysis, and reporting capabilities
  • Project management experience with an eye for continuous improvement
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • HubSpot certifications are a plus (but not essential)
