Join Our Team as a Customer Support Specialist (Temporary ~8 Months)

Are you passionate about helping people and solving problems? Do you thrive in a dynamic, multilingual environment? We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Dundee for an exciting temporary opportunity supporting our UK and Spanish markets.

What You’ll Do

As a Key Member Of Our Support Team, You’ll Provide Top-tier Assistance To Customers Using Our Stoneridge Product Range. Your Day-to-day Will Include

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, always with a positive and professional approach.
  • Managing software license renewals and activations, ensuring smooth and timely service.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex cases to the Support Specialist Team Leader.
  • Processing orders, credit notes, and payments accurately in our systems.
  • Participating in product testing and feedback to help improve our offerings.
  • Supporting sales inquiries and guiding potential customers to the right solutions.
  • Delivering training and updates to customers on new features and products.
  • Translating product documentation and customer communications between Spanish and English.

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work from our Dundee office throughout the contract period.
  • Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is a plus.
