Management Accountant

Management Accountant (12-Month FTC) | Lincoln

Ready to take your finance career to the next level? PIB Group is looking for a driven and detail-focused Management Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in Lincoln on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

We’re also open to speaking with experienced Assistant Management Accountants who are ready to step up and take on more responsibility in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Producing accurate, high-quality monthly management accounts
• Supporting our Senior Management Accountant with reporting and strategic insights
• Streamlining internal processes to improve financial efficiency
• Maintaining thorough records and working with internal/external auditors
• Handling bordereaux reconciliations and finance queries with confidence

What We’re Looking For:

• Actively studying (AAT/ACCA/CIMA) or qualified by experience
• Experience in preparing or supporting management accounts
• Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
• Clear, confident communicator who works well in a team
• Positive mindset with a drive to improve and develop
