SALARY: £44,390 - £47,083 per year pro rata 

CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent

HOURS: 35 hours per week (flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the service and events)


Job Purpose

East Ayrshire Leisure's Hospitality Service is growing significantly and we are looking for an ambitious, experienced and passionate Head / Development Chef to: Lead the Menu Development and Delivery for our Venues and Food Services; Champion Food Quality, Food Safety and Health & Safety; Lead our Central Kitchen Operation; Train, coach and develop the Kitchen team Work closely with our Strategic Lead to grow and develop a commercially viable service that meets the need and wants of our service users and venue visitors whilst showcasing the best of Ayrshire produce. Rate of Pay

Annual Salary is £44390 - £47083 per annum. Working hours are Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm (50 minute unpaid lunch break daily) Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm (40 minute unpaid lunch break) Flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the service and events.
