Your Opportunity

We’re hiring a qualified Finance Partner to support 15 schools across Region C (Croydon, Caterham, Merstham, Redhill, Crawley, Horsham). Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll lead a regional finance team and work with Headteachers to ensure effective use of resources.

This hybrid role offers a mix of home working and time at either our Head Office (Banstead) or regional base (Caterham), with regular school visits required.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support the regional finance team
• Advise Headteachers and budget holders
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and accounts
• Ensure consistency across Primary, Secondary, and Nursery settings

What You’ll Bring

• A recognised accountancy qualification
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Experience meeting tight deadlines and managing teams
• High-level Excel skills and solid system knowledge
