We’re looking for a fabulous Assistant Merchandiser to join the team.

The purpose of this role is to support the Merchandiser on managing suppliers, accurately forecasting trends, planning stock levels and continuously monitoring performance. This role also involves ensuring there is maximum stock availability and sales whilst keeping stock levels within the company parameters.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Assist the Merchandiser in managing supplier and brand relationships, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and smooth communication across teams.
  • Build strong supplier relationships to ensure timely order scheduling, delivery, and resolution of any supply chain issues while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Plan order quantities using forecasting tools, monitor stock availability, and communicate updates on continuity lines to the business.
  • Produce and share regular sales reports, promotional analysis, and insights on best sellers to support data-driven decisions and strategy alignment.
  • Work closely with the Allocation team to manage stock effectively, communicate product strategy, and follow up on promotions and outstanding stock actions.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Work well with others and have strong verbal and written communication abilities, supporting collaboration across teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills, essential for data accuracy and analysis.
  • Proficient in basic MS Office, especially Excel, and capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Have a proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude, and strong analytical skills to deliver insights and solutions.
  • Prior experience in the retail industry is essential, along with commercial awareness to support business objectives.
