Role Pitch We’re on the lookout for a motivated, energetic, and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our high-performing sales team.

In this pivotal role, you’ll work alongside experienced Account Executives (AEs), targeting HR, Payroll, and Finance leaders across the globe. Using a multi-channel approach—think phone, email, and LinkedIn—you'll spark conversations, build relationships, and schedule meaningful, qualified meetings that drive growth.

Whether you’re bringing prior sales experience or taking your first exciting step into the world of business development, we’ll give you the tools, training, and mentorship to succeed.

Key Responsibilities Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate closely with your assigned Account Executives (AEs) to create smart strategies for target accounts and regions
  • Research and identify high-potential prospects within global HR, Payroll, and Finance departments
  • Schedule well-qualified meetings that lead to impactful conversations and pipeline growth
  • Track your progress and performance metrics to consistently hit and exceed targets
  • Leverage our sales tech stack—including CRM and outreach platforms—to stay organized and productive
  • Partner with the marketing team to follow up on intent data and warm leads
  • Share your wins, insights, and learnings with your BDR Team Leader through regular updates
