Responsibilities
This role is responsible for facilitating and managing MAF’s Project Funding system to support and enhance global fundraising efforts, including identifying funding opportunities and aligning them with strategic engagement needs. It involves coordinating the preparation of high-quality funding proposals and reports, validating operational data for use by stakeholders, and ensuring accountability to donors. The role requires close collaboration with Programme Managers, Communications, and Finance teams, as well as training project owners to develop strong, donor-focused proposals. Building and maintaining cross-cultural relationships is key, along with creatively using media to communicate project impact.
The successful candidate will also actively participate in the spiritual life of MAF, demonstrating a personal commitment to its Christian vision, mission, and values.

Location: Ashford, UK - based in the Support Office
Salary: GBP - £27,500 - £31,000 (per annum, dependent on experience)
