Location: Waterlooville (easy to reach from Havant, Portsmouth, Chichester, Petersfield)
Salary: Up to £30,000 (dependent on experience)

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting in the preparation of estimates and customer quotations
- Managing and updating customer databases and records
- Coordinating communications between the estimating team and other departments
- Handling customer inquiries and providing prompt, professional responses
- Sending quotations and supporting documentation on behalf of the sales team
- Helping monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are met
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the internal sales function
- Experience in an administrative role, ideally within manufacturing or sales
- Top-notch organisational and communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM systems
- A team-focused attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A good understanding of estimating and sales operations
