Solar PV as well as other areas of the energy space. We specialise exclusively in providing end-to-end, on-roof and ground-mount solar PV solutions, with and without battery storage, to SME’s and smaller Corporates, exclusively in providing solutions to SME’s and smaller Corporates.
We are a growing business, and we are looking for a proven, experienced commercial Solar PV Project Manager to join our team to complement and inspire our established support, design, and delivery team members.
The Project Delivery Manager will play a key role in leading, planning, execution and delivery of commercial solar PV projects, primarily across England and Wales. The role has responsibility for delivery of projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Duties include managing resources, identify and mitigate risks, working closely with our internal support teams to achieve project goals. while tracking progress, reporting on performance, and make necessary adjustments to plans as needed. The Project Delivery Manager will be our key on-site presence with close liaison with the customer as well as our on-site coordinator and manager of all third party service providers including install partners.
You must be knowledgeable in every aspect of the project lifecycle. You will need to be experienced in initiating projects, planning, delegating, managing and risk mitigating while being responsible for managing resources, timelines, budgets, and communications with team and sub-contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
The role encompasses project delivery across a range of technologies but initially, the core focus will be on Solar PV projects for SME’s.

Essential
Requirements:
- Experience of Project Management with proven success delivering commercial solar projects ranging from 20kW to 1mW+
- Strong knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction practices within the renewable energy sector.
- Working knowledge of Solar PV development and certification requirements and regulations.
- Familiarity with, develop and optimise system layouts and configurations using specialised design software (e.g., Open Solar, PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD, or similar tools)
- Proactivity and problem-solving attitude, with strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Excellent IT skills particularly MS Excel/Word/Project and PowerPoint.
- Appropriate professional Project Management qualifications.
- Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary engineering environment.
- Ability to produce and review technical reports for clients, so attention to detail is paramount.
