An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of Education Lead in NHS Tayside as part of the Improvement Team. We are looking to recruit an individual with an educational background and skills along with expertise in improvement science.

You will lead the delivery and development of Quality Improvement local and national education programmes. Alongside this you will support the development of plans to raise capability and capacity across NHS Tayside staff to embed a culture of Quality Improvement across patient facing and non patient facing teams.

This opportunity requires someone who has a commitment and proven track record in high level communication and is solution focused. You will have a motivational and dynamic approach with proven leadership skills. A sound understanding of IT skills, education and teaching are required to deliver in this role.

You will be a part of the Improvement Academy Improvement team and will support the leadership team in achieving organisational and national objectives linked to this post. You will also be able to work creatively to integrate QI educational support to key organisational programmes of work that support quality, safe and person-centred delivery of care.
