Job Overview
We are growing our Estates Team at Hopewood Park Hospital in Sunderland and are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join us!
As our successful candidate you will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team based within the Estates Department of NTW Solutions, based at the Hopewood Park Hospital.

Main duties of the job
You will respond to a range of duties and be expected to produce work to a consistently high standard of work across the whole range of Estates Disciplines as required.
We will offer you the opportunity to undertake additional training in order to fulfil the requirements of the post, satisfy new regulations/legislation or to further to develop the duties.
