About The Role:

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for producing timely and accurate monthly Management Reports and Accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Including all necessary regional reports for major contracts in the Sector
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, to aid the understanding of the financial position of the Sector’s variances and trends to ensure suitable action is taken where necessary
  • To monitor key performance indicators and variance analysis to provide a clear understanding of the drivers of growth to inform and develop both short-term performance and the strategic direction of the Sector
  • Develop and maintain effective business partnering relationships across different operational teams
  • Work with Operational teams to improve working capital performance, with reference to debt and WIP management

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Must have Right to Work in the UK
  • Qualified Accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Experience of preparing, reviewing, and interpreting Management Accounts
  • Experience of budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience of Facilities Management Industry would be desirable
