Contact Centre Executive
Head Office- Annesley, Nottingham (Hybrid) Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:30
Basic salary of £25,480 with bonus opportunity, pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.
Our Contact Centre team is growing, and we are on the lookout for individuals with sales experience who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service for our outbound retention role.
As our Contact Centre Executive, you’ll be actively contacting our existing customers whose vehicles are due for a service, MOT, & follow up work along with offering and selling service plans. Customer service is key in this role to ensure we deliver the very best care to our customers through effective relationship building with customer satisfaction at the forefront of your approach. You will have a strong desire to upsell products & services that meet the customer’s needs.
You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with:
- Build rapport, provide excellent customer service skills, and understand the customer’s requirements
- Engage with customers by phone to remind them of upcoming vehicle services, MOTs or follow-up work in a helpful and timely manner
- Promote and sell relevant service plans and aftercare products that match each customer’s needs and preferences
- Work directly towards daily and monthly targets, playing a key role in achieving team goals and overall success
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all activity complies with Data Protection and GDPR regulations

- Previous sales experience in a target- driven environment
- A natural communicator with an excellent telephone manner and attention to detail
- Strong IT and system navigation skills- quick to learn and confident using CRM tools
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- A customer service mindset whilst bringing energy and positivity to work successfully in a team
